CVE-2019-11109

Disclosure Date: July 15, 2019 (last updated November 08, 2023)
Logic issue in the subsystem for Intel(R) SPS before versions SPS_E5_04.01.04.275.0, SPS_SoC-X_04.00.04.100.0 and SPS_SoC-A_04.00.04.191.0 may allow a privileged user to potentially enable denial of service via local access.

CVE-2019-1559

Disclosure Date: February 26, 2019 (last updated November 08, 2023)
If an application encounters a fatal protocol error and then calls SSL_shutdown() twice (once to send a close_notify, and once to receive one) then OpenSSL can respond differently to the calling application if a 0 byte record is received with invalid padding compared to if a 0 byte record is received with an invalid MAC. If the application then behaves differently based on that in a way that is detectable to the remote peer, then this amounts to a padding oracle that could be used to decrypt data. In order for this to be exploitable "non-stitched" ciphersuites must be in use. Stitched ciphersuites are optimised implementations of certain commonly used ciphersuites. Also the application must call SSL_shutdown() twice even if a protocol error has occurred (applications should not do this but some do anyway). Fixed in OpenSSL 1.0.2r (Affected 1.0.2-1.0.2q).

CVE-2018-5391

Disclosure Date: September 06, 2018 (last updated November 08, 2023)
The Linux kernel, versions 3.9+, is vulnerable to a denial of service attack with low rates of specially modified packets targeting IP fragment re-assembly. An attacker may cause a denial of service condition by sending specially crafted IP fragments. Various vulnerabilities in IP fragmentation have been discovered and fixed over the years. The current vulnerability (CVE-2018-5391) became exploitable in the Linux kernel with the increase of the IP fragment reassembly queue size.

CVE-2018-5390

Disclosure Date: August 06, 2018 (last updated November 08, 2023)
Linux kernel versions 4.9+ can be forced to make very expensive calls to tcp_collapse_ofo_queue() and tcp_prune_ofo_queue() for every incoming packet which can lead to a denial of service.

CVE-2018-0365

Disclosure Date: June 21, 2018 (last updated November 27, 2024)
A vulnerability in the web-based management interface of Cisco Firepower Management Center could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to conduct a cross-site request forgery (CSRF) attack and perform arbitrary actions on an affected device. The vulnerability is due to insufficient CSRF protections for the web-based management interface of the affected device. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by persuading a user of the interface to follow a malicious link. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to perform arbitrary actions on the targeted device via a web browser and with the privileges of the user. Cisco Bug IDs: CSCvb19750.

CVE-2018-3639

Disclosure Date: May 22, 2018 (last updated November 26, 2024)
Systems with microprocessors utilizing speculative execution and speculative execution of memory reads before the addresses of all prior memory writes are known may allow unauthorized disclosure of information to an attacker with local user access via a side-channel analysis, aka Speculative Store Bypass (SSB), Variant 4.

CVE-2017-12243

Disclosure Date: November 02, 2017 (last updated November 26, 2024)
A vulnerability in the Cisco Unified Computing System (UCS) Manager, Cisco Firepower 4100 Series Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW), and Cisco Firepower 9300 Security Appliance could allow an authenticated, local attacker to obtain root shell privileges on the device, aka Command Injection. The vulnerability is due to improper validation of string input in the shell application. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability through the use of malicious commands. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to obtain root shell privileges on the device. Cisco Bug IDs: CSCvf20741, CSCvf60078.

CVE-2015-6397

Disclosure Date: August 08, 2016 (last updated November 25, 2024)
Cisco RV110W, RV130W, and RV215W devices have an incorrect RBAC configuration for the default account, which allows remote authenticated users to obtain root access via a login session with that account, aka Bug IDs CSCuv90139, CSCux58175, and CSCux73557.

CVE-2016-1395

Disclosure Date: June 19, 2016 (last updated November 25, 2024)
The web-based management interface on Cisco RV110W devices with firmware before 1.2.1.7, RV130W devices with firmware before 1.0.3.16, and RV215W devices with firmware before 1.3.0.8 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code as root via a crafted HTTP request, aka Bug ID CSCux82428.
