NVIDIA vGPU software contains a vulnerability in the Virtual GPU Manager (vGPU plugin), where a string provided by the guest OS may not be properly null terminated. The guest OS or attacker has no ability to push content to the plugin through this vulnerability, which may lead to information disclosure, data tampering, unauthorized code execution, and denial of service.

The DNS domain name label parsing functionality does not properly validate the null-terminated name in DNS-responses. The parsing of malformed responses could result in a read past the end of an allocated structure. An attacker with a privileged position in the network could leverage this vulnerability to cause a denial-of-service condition or leak the read memory.

A null pointer dereference flaw was found in samba's Winbind service in versions before 4.11.15, before 4.12.9 and before 4.13.1. A local user could use this flaw to crash the winbind service causing denial of service.

In PHP versions 7.2.x below 7.2.29, 7.3.x below 7.3.16 and 7.4.x below 7.4.4, while using get_headers() with user-supplied URL, if the URL contains zero (\0) character, the URL will be silently truncated at it. This may cause some software to make incorrect assumptions about the target of the get_headers() and possibly send some information to a wrong server.
