The EmbedPress – Embed PDF, 3D Flipbook, Social Feeds, Google Docs, Vimeo, Wistia, YouTube Videos, Audios, Google Maps in Gutenberg Block & Elementor plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the ‘provider_name parameter in all versions up to, and including, 4.1.3 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.

The Freemius SDK, as used by hundreds of WordPress plugin and theme developers, was vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery and Information disclosure due to missing capability checks and nonce protection on the _get_debug_log, _get_db_option, and the _set_db_option functions in versions up to, and including 2.4.2. Any WordPress plugin or theme running a version of Freemius less than 2.4.3 is vulnerable.

The editid GET parameter of the Embed Youtube Video WordPress plugin through 1.0 is not sanitised, escaped or validated before inserting to a SQL statement, leading to SQL injection.

The YouTube Embed WordPress plugin before 5.2.2 does not validate, escape or sanitise some of its shortcode attributes, leading to Stored XSS issues by 1. using w, h, controls, cc_lang, color, language, start, stop, or style parameter of youtube shortcode, 2. by using style, class, rel, target, width, height, or alt parameter of youtube_thumb shortcode, or 3. by embedding a video whose title or description contains XSS payload (if API key is configured).

The YouTube Embed, Playlist and Popup by WpDevArt WordPress plugin before 2.3.9 did not escape, validate or sanitise some of its shortcode options, available to users with a role as low as Contributor, leading to an authenticated Stored Cross-Site Scripting issue.
