A vulnerability has been identified in Mendix Workflow Commons (All versions < V2.4.0), Mendix Workflow Commons V2.1 (All versions < V2.1.4), Mendix Workflow Commons V2.3 (All versions < V2.3.2). Affected versions of the module improperly handle access control for some module entities. This could allow authenticated remote attackers to read or delete sensitive information.

Prior to Apache Commons Net 3.9.0, Net's FTP client trusts the host from PASV response by default. A malicious server can redirect the Commons Net code to use a different host, but the user has to connect to the malicious server in the first place. This may lead to leakage of information about services running on the private network of the client. The default in version 3.9.0 is now false to ignore such hosts, as cURL does. Apache Commons BCEL has a number of APIs that would normally only allow changing specific class characteristics. However, due to an out-of-bounds writing issue, these APIs can be used to produce arbitrary bytecode. This could be abused in applications that pass attacker-controllable data to those APIs, giving the attacker more control over the resulting bytecode than otherwise expected. Update to Apache Commons BCEL 6.6.0.
