This issue could be used in a more sophisticated attack to send an unsuspecting users Zoom-scoped session cookies to a non-Zoom domain. This could potentially allow for spoofing of a Zoom user.

This issue could be used in a more sophisticated attack to trick a user into downgrading their Zoom client to a less secure version.

An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by persuading a user of the interface to click a maliciously crafted link. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to execute arbitrary script code in the context of the affected interface or access sensitive, browser-based information.

This vulnerability is due to improper deserialization of Java code within login requests. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending malicious login requests to the Cisco Webex Meetings service. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to inject arbitrary Java code and take arbitrary actions within the Cisco Webex Meetings application.

In versions prior to 5.7.3, if a user were to enable the chat\'s "link preview" feature, a malicious actor could trick the user into potentially sending arbitrary HTTP GET requests to URLs that the actor cannot reach directly.
