CVE-2024-41164

Disclosure Date: August 14, 2024 (last updated August 20, 2024)
When TCP profile with Multipath TCP enabled (MPTCP) is configured on a Virtual Server, undisclosed traffic along with conditions beyond the attackers control can cause TMM to terminate. Note: Software versions which have reached End of Technical Support (EoTS) are not evaluated.

CVE-2024-1300

Disclosure Date: April 02, 2024 (last updated October 22, 2024)
A vulnerability in the Eclipse Vert.x toolkit causes a memory leak in TCP servers configured with TLS and SNI support. When processing an unknown SNI server name assigned the default certificate instead of a mapped certificate, the SSL context is erroneously cached in the server name map, leading to memory exhaustion. This flaw allows attackers to send TLS client hello messages with fake server names, triggering a JVM out-of-memory error.

CVE-2024-1023

Disclosure Date: March 27, 2024 (last updated October 22, 2024)
A vulnerability in the Eclipse Vert.x toolkit results in a memory leak due to using Netty FastThreadLocal data structures. Specifically, when the Vert.x HTTP client establishes connections to different hosts, triggering the memory leak. The leak can be accelerated with intimate runtime knowledge, allowing an attacker to exploit this vulnerability. For instance, a server accepting arbitrary internet addresses could serve as an attack vector by connecting to these addresses, thereby accelerating the memory leak.

CVE-2024-1394

Disclosure Date: March 21, 2024 (last updated August 21, 2024)
A memory leak flaw was found in Golang in the RSA encrypting/decrypting code, which might lead to a resource exhaustion vulnerability using attacker-controlled inputs. The memory leak happens in github.com/golang-fips/openssl/openssl/rsa.go#L113. The objects leaked are pkey and ctx. That function uses named return parameters to free pkey and ctx if there is an error initializing the context or setting the different properties. All return statements related to error cases follow the "return nil, nil, fail(...)" pattern, meaning that pkey and ctx will be nil inside the deferred function that should free them.

CVE-2023-6483

Disclosure Date: December 18, 2023 (last updated December 23, 2023)
The vulnerability exists in ADiTaaS (Allied Digital Integrated Tool-as-a-Service) version 5.1 due to an improper authentication vulnerability in the ADiTaaS backend API. An unauthenticated remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending specially crafted HTTP requests to the vulnerable platform. Successful exploitation of this vulnerability could allow the attacker to gain full access to the customers’ data and completely compromise the targeted platform.

CVE-2022-4492

Disclosure Date: February 23, 2023 (last updated October 08, 2023)
The undertow client is not checking the server identity presented by the server certificate in https connections. This is a compulsory step (at least it should be performed by default) in https and in http/2. I would add it to any TLS client protocol.

CVE-2021-37714

Disclosure Date: August 18, 2021 (last updated February 23, 2025)
jsoup is a Java library for working with HTML. Those using jsoup versions prior to 1.14.2 to parse untrusted HTML or XML may be vulnerable to DOS attacks. If the parser is run on user supplied input, an attacker may supply content that causes the parser to get stuck (loop indefinitely until cancelled), to complete more slowly than usual, or to throw an unexpected exception. This effect may support a denial of service attack. The issue is patched in version 1.14.2. There are a few available workarounds. Users may rate limit input parsing, limit the size of inputs based on system resources, and/or implement thread watchdogs to cap and timeout parse runtimes.

CVE-2021-2351

Disclosure Date: July 21, 2021 (last updated February 23, 2025)
Vulnerability in the Advanced Networking Option component of Oracle Database Server. Supported versions that are affected are 12.1.0.2, 12.2.0.1 and 19c. Difficult to exploit vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via Oracle Net to compromise Advanced Networking Option. Successful attacks require human interaction from a person other than the attacker and while the vulnerability is in Advanced Networking Option, attacks may significantly impact additional products. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in takeover of Advanced Networking Option. Note: The July 2021 Critical Patch Update introduces a number of Native Network Encryption changes to deal with vulnerability CVE-2021-2351 and prevent the use of weaker ciphers. Customers should review: "Changes in Native Network Encryption with the July 2021 Critical Patch Update" (Doc ID 2791571.1).
