CVE-2020-11080

Disclosure Date: June 03, 2020 (last updated February 21, 2025)
In nghttp2 before version 1.41.0, the overly large HTTP/2 SETTINGS frame payload causes denial of service. The proof of concept attack involves a malicious client constructing a SETTINGS frame with a length of 14,400 bytes (2400 individual settings entries) over and over again. The attack causes the CPU to spike at 100%. nghttp2 v1.41.0 fixes this vulnerability. There is a workaround to this vulnerability. Implement nghttp2_on_frame_recv_callback callback, and if received frame is SETTINGS frame and the number of settings entries are large (e.g., > 32), then drop the connection.

CVE-2020-7812

Disclosure Date: May 28, 2020 (last updated February 21, 2025)
Ezhttptrans.ocx ActiveX Control in Kaoni ezHTTPTrans 1.0.0.70 and prior versions contain a vulnerability that could allow remote attacker to download arbitrary file by setting the arguments to the activex method. This can be leveraged for code execution by rebooting the victim’s PC.

CVE-2020-11078

Disclosure Date: May 20, 2020 (last updated February 21, 2025)
In httplib2 before version 0.18.0, an attacker controlling unescaped part of uri for `httplib2.Http.request()` could change request headers and body, send additional hidden requests to same server. This vulnerability impacts software that uses httplib2 with uri constructed by string concatenation, as opposed to proper urllib building with escaping. This has been fixed in 0.18.0.

CVE-2020-5360

Disclosure Date: May 18, 2020 (last updated February 22, 2025)
Dell BSAFE Micro Edition Suite, versions prior to 4.5, are vulnerable to a Buffer Under-Read Vulnerability. An unauthenticated remote attacker could potentially exploit this vulnerability resulting in undefined behaviour, or a crash of the affected systems.
